History of Inters



GTI International: 23 years in the making

GTI International, organized by Volkswagen Driver and Audi Driver magazines, is now in its 23rd year.

The event began in 1988, at Knebworth Park, before moving to the TRL in Crowthorne until 2002, when it moved first to Wroughton near Swindon and then to Bentwaters Park in Ipswich for 2003. This is now our fifth year at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground and it promises to be the best GTI International ever.
