Track Activity

This year’s Audi Driver International saw a great many Audi enthusiasts taking the opportunity to drive their cars at high speed on the famous Castle Combe race circuit.

As well as a great many fast-lapping sessions on the track, there were also several dedicated club track sessions and a lunchtime parade lap session for families with children, led by event organiser Paul Harris in the ‘Ugly Duckling’.

Many specialist tuning companies also offered fast-lap passenger rides around the circuit in their demo cars, while former Le Mans racing driver Richard Attwood was also giving passenger rides around the circuit, treating a few lucky visitors to some exciting demo laps in an R8 GT Spyder.

The day finished at 5 pm with a grand parade of club display cars around the circuit.
